Purpose of Job Role

Implementation Management has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job role is managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.

 

Typical Interfaces

Interface to Project and Customers as well as other functions e.g. Local Distribution, ASP’s, SP’s,Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Sourcing, neighboring function involved in the rollout.

 

Tools & Resources

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Ericsson tools like PIwin, GASK and SiteHandler/Erisite. Group Site Safety Inspection Checklist.

Job Description

  • Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in site coordination and end-to-end project planning.
  • Requires broad knowledge of company, products, processes and/or services, alternatively deep skills in a single area.
  • Performs tasks in a range of processes or procedures within defined procedures and guidelines. Tracks performance.
  • Solving problems using standard correction procedures. May refer complex inquiries to more senior staff.
  • Train and guide colleagues, customers and/or suppliers.
  • Broad or in-depth practical experience of relevant methods, techniques and processes.
