Purpose of Job Role

The Security Operations job role will:

  • Monitor (24x7x365), notify, escalate, investigate and resolve information security events
  • Examine security events for context, relevance, and criticality
  • Perform vulnerability and risk management
  • Perform user access management
  • Ensure that the information assets we are responsible to protect are secured
  • Ensure contract compliance of security deliverables

    Internal: Security Solutions Architect, other Automation Operations and Technical Authority teams, MSCLT, MSDMs, Service Reliability Manager, Legal
    External:  Customer security teams, Vendors, External agencies
