Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Customer Care Agent who will be responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of customer services to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of delivered customer learning services for our learning site in Stockholm, Sweden. You will also ensure that customers visiting or attending trainings by Learning Services are achieved whilst delivering Service Level Agreement fulfillment and customer happiness. The role also includes working closely with the training centers, customers, local administrators and global resource managers.

Learning Services – who we are: 
Ericsson Learning Services prepares teams to effectively support the new technologies and solutions that are driving new operator strategies. We bring deep knowledge and experience from Ericsson development and solution projects to help our customers successfully transform in the pursuit of 5G and IoT, including digital, voice and cloud domains. We provide training at all levels to ensure personnel have the necessary competence to maximize business results.
Ericsson has more than 25 education centers worldwide, staffed by 400 experienced learning consultants and instructors and serving students from more than 150 countries.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Work closely with and secure customer services
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships
  • Distribute information to internal partners and call out delivery Issues
  • You will stay up to date with delivery data
  • Classroom management
  • Manage the global inbox of delivery requests
  • Billing and Purchase order management
  • Registring classroom sessions 

This role will be based at Ericsson HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and you will report to Head of Delivery Planning. 

Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role we believe that you are a social and warm person with strong communication skills. You are customer focused and a team player that always wants to deliver. You might have experience from working as event coordinator or office assistant. Since you will be working under limited supervision and with that comes a lot of responsibility where self-motivation, proactivity and the possibility to adapt to change is required.

  • Min years of experience: 3-5 years of experience within the service/customer sector/industry
  • Negotiation and argumentation

  • Maintaining Supply inventory
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Trade compliance knowledge
  • Responsible for delivering results & meeting customer expectations
