As Senior Engineer – 2nd LA Core is to take full responsibility of Troubleshooting & Problem Analysis / Technical Discussions / Self Initiator to Mentor peers for Competence Development / Process understanding and awareness / Audits awareness and follow ups / handling emergencies and trouble tickets activities related to CORE Network.

 

Job Summary:

 

 We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

 

You will:

The position responsible will be required:
• To ensure configuration Changes, hardware expansion, Troubleshooting of MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, SBC, IMS (P, I, S-CSCF, ATS, MGCF, MRFP, CG, ENUM, DRA) with approved processes
• To ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace
• To ensure Password policies, security policies and audits are properly & periodically followed.
• To contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.
• Auditing the quality of TT and adhere to CR process. Building MOP. Verifications of MOP.
• Competence building up within team and team management qualities.
• ATP of new nodes and taking HO from Project.
• Raising L3 cases with Vendor and following up the same for closure.
• You should have expertise on Protocols (i.e. SIP, H.248, SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, Diameter)
• In-depth understanding of Call flow in CS Core, VOLTE/ IMS.
• Hands on experience on Huawei Products: MSOFTX3000, UMG8900, SE2900, SPS, HSS, IMS (P, I,S- CSCF,ATS,MGCF, MRFP,CG,ENUM,DRA)

Key Qualifications:

 

Education: Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
