Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Actively lead and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end (E2E) solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to make customers and Ericsson successful.

This job role is focused on selling Private Networks by demonstrating Ericsson’s strengths as an infrastructure vendor. By using your domain-specific portfolio knowledge, you will secure that Ericsson is perceived as the preferred partner for Far EasTone who is a key customer for Ericsson Taiwan. With whom we have more than 20 years of deep partnership in E2E technology area including 100% LTE Radio Access Network (RAN), Core Network (CN) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Business domains. We are taking this base into 5G and your role will be key in building beyond Mobile Broadband business and thereby help secure new streams for our customer.

You will,

  • Be focused on new business in private networks leveraging Ericsson’s strength as an E2E network vendor to help the customer address new business opportunities and build new revenue streams
  • Be leading domain solution team across RAN, CN, Radio Rollout, Radio Planning/Optimization, Operation Support System (OSS), and Business Support System (BSS) from sales leads to delivery and operation
  • Be working with internal global partners and commercial management team to frame business offering
  • Be encouraged to maximize customer relationships and dedication.
  • Be encouraged to build sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
  • Also be encouraged to optimize the account team’s performance and to enable flawless transition to operations

To be successful in the role you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
  • 5+ years of Telecom industry experience with proven track record in sales or consultant roles on Radio solution
  • Excellent and persuading communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to balance multiple complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
  • Confident, driven and dynamic leadership skills with consistent record in leading the support team and achieving the objective
