Our Exciting Opportunity:  

  • Removing barriers and supporting ICT Techs in solving our user’s computer system, hardware and software problems as well as train and guide users and Techs in the utilization of these tools  

  • You are the Team Lead and the face of MY IT Centers across North America and work in an open concept MY IT Center which is set up for collaboration and knowledge sharing    

  • You have the opportunity to impact Ericsson employees and make a difference in their day    

  • You get to be a part of the transformation from legacy to fully connected environments, and help support Techs and users on this journey  

  • Use F2F, video, phone and email to interface with users and Techs across North America  

  • Pro-actively monitor for recurring issues and drive ICT Techs to analyze and work to solutions to establish mitigation plans to address  


You Have:  

  • Minimum 2 years in Team Lead or Supervisory type role 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Win 7/10  

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Skype, TEAMS, etc.)  

  • Experience and knowledge in managing iOS and Android devices  

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills (Friendly, approachable, calm under fire, patience)  

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role  

  • Excellent teamwork, time-management and organizational skills  

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills  

  • Desire and experience in training others
