Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson   technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development.

As the System Department Manager, you will be leading the system teams. You will have the responsibility for the 4G and 5G system teams including L1, L2, L3, radio and O&M. You will foster a creative and learning culture to always improve and innovate, you will work with a very experienced team of system design. The unit is multi-site with units in Beijing, Nanjing and Guangzhou. You will report to the Head of PDU BB Customer Adaptation. You will work in the development flow and be a key player in the interaction and cooperation between the development programs. In day-to-day work your team members will analyze requirements, define product architecture and implement the solutions by cooperating with teams from system, design, integration, verification, support and product management, etc., to accomplish the project work on time and with high quality. The team is responsible for most advanced wireless technology development from prototype design to commercial deployment covering the every single step in the whole product life cycle chain. The team is working together with the most talented colleagues from all over the world to finish the feasibility study, systemization, SW design, implementation and integration of our eNodeB product, troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues and finally getting our products up and running in customer network. Your team will also define with network strategy and product roadmap together with SPM and other stakeholders. Further, the assignment may be extended to a bigger technical cope, according to organization needs and your bandwidth. 

As a member of the Leadership team in PDU BB Customer Adaptation, you need to act according to the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote the corporate values, ethics and culture of the organization in order to ensure excellent performance.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

    MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

    Good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems, especially LTE system

    Good competence on different software development, programing and tools.

     Familiar with C programming and DSP platform

    Multi Standard competence is preferred

    Fluent in English speaking and writing

    Business and management awareness

    Well organized and have structure thinking

    Initiative and positive personality
