The impact of your role at Ericsson:

 

We are looking for a Support Services Advisor to provide dedicated first line support to customers who include internal end users, Ericsson suppliers and Ericsson customers for the services delivered by the Shared Services and global units. This requires receiving and registering inquiries, solving them or referring to the relevant secondary support team. The result is resolved inquiries allowing freed-up time and thereby higher productivity for the customer.

 

You will also:

 

  • Manage inquirires
  • Initiate, maintain and support improvement activities in the Purchase to Pay process
  • Monitorize transactions, invocing and payment processes
  • Offer support to Ericsson employees and Ericsson suppliers.

 

 

How your expertise will make the difference (Qualifications needed):

 

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or the equivalent experience.
  • Accounting & Reporting skills
  • Change & Improvement Management skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work in shifts (1st shift 9AM to 6PM and 2nd shift 4PM to 1AM - working from home).
