As a Principal Solutions Manager, you will be the primary technical leader for Ericsson towards two of our customers in the area of Fixed Wireless Access. You will be accountable for driving new funnel opportunities, creating compelling & competitive offers, and progressing large, strategic key deals forward to closure. This position will be based in Denver, Colorado or Plano, TX

 

You will:

 

  • Strengthen assigned account(s) by supporting Key Account Manager in direct customer dialogues, providing experience & knowledge of Ericsson technology & offerings
  • Experience being an end-to-end technical expert in Radio, Core – packet and IMS, IP, OSS/BSS for small deployment, Voice/Data evolution, network architecture evolution i.e. small cell deployments and 5G.
  • Secure understanding of competition, market situation, etc. building on in-depth knowledge & understanding of the customer.
  • Responsible for creating a highly capable & experienced organization, capture sales opportunities & secure a high level of quality regardless of the engagement model.
  • Ensure that Ericsson is perceived as a technology leader & that our solutions (end-to-end) provide added value compared to the competition by being a trusted advisor to key decision makers in the customer organization.
  • Collect and share our customer requirements back into various business units to align Ericsson solution with customer requirements.
  • Responsibilities & Tasks

 

You have:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience from telecom and ICT industry
  • Minimum 10 years in technical leadership positions delivering value
  • Demonstrated skills to drive end-to-end wireless solutions
  • Strong track record of creating differentiation and thought leadership
  • Consultative Selling Skills
  • Ericsson Portfolio Knowledge

 

  • 15 years of experience from telecom and ICT industry
  • 10 years of experience in Tier 2
  • Strong personal track record & experience of sales & delivery of end to end solutions
  • Strong track record of creating differentiation and thought leadership

 

Travel:

  • Expected to travel 50% or more, as required for customer interactions.
