We are now looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to be part of our continuing journey towards the increasing our market share in the Nordics. Through strategic thinking, business development and management of our resources you will enable profitable business for Ericsson.
This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, operations and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated net sales, costumer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital.
KAM Unit includes businesses in Sweden, Finland and Baltic Countries. Our business with Telenor and Telia Company is not included in the scope.

In Customer Unit Northern and Central Europe (CU NOCE, part of MELA) we are responsible for creating value for our customers in 17 countries in the Nordics, Baltics, and Central Europe. In our combined territory, there are more than 1300 Ericsson employees engaged on the mission to show the benefits of 5G, IoT and Cloud in the next wave of connectivity and digitalization.
This role you will report to Head of CU NOCE, will lead a team of account managers and be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
