Assistant to Global AI Accelerator, GFTL
We are looking for an Assistant to support the Heads of Global AI Accelerator and their teams in Sweden within Group Function Technology.
As an Assistant within these units you will be responsible for personal assistant duties for the Heads and their teams. You will be reporting to the one of the managers in GAIA Sweden. The position is located in Kista.
Main responsibilities & Tasks
- Coach and support the units with administrative tasks
- Handle HR/ITM/IT related administration
- Plan and organize internal and external events like meetings and workshops
- Network and communicate with other assistants within and outside the organization
- Coordinate the agenda, materials, and notes from team meetings, follow up on action points, and be an active member within the team
- Manage & support in creating information to/from the heads of units, and support with internal and external communication
- Organize and handle travel arrangements for manager
Requirements & Qualifications
- Have several years of experience working with administration supporting leaders on different levels and their teams.
- Experience of working in a dynamic global environment with planning across multiple time zones
- Excellent language skills in English and Swedish both written and spoken
- Good computer skills in MS Office and Ericsson specific systems and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
