Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Technical Solution Sales Support of Packet Core to support the sales organization with product and solution expertise on different levels in pre-sales, design, and delivery of customer projects. Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader. Secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Key Account Managers in generating short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by working closely as CSR, part of the Core3 Teams in sales, design and delivery of customer projects – Provide RFx, Technical solution consulting, etc.
  • Support CSR (Customer Solution Responsible) or Solution Architect in specific technical issues
  • Core 3: CSR (Customer Solution Responsible) / ACR (Account Commercial Responsible) / CFR (Customer Fulfillment Responsible)
  • Provide solution design, conducts in-depth technical discussions with customer and sell the solution
  • Actively build a network with contacts in R&D providing regular feedback from customers to influence our plans
  • Initiate collaboration between partners to secure Ericsson 4G/5G Ericsson Packet Core SW performance

Key Qualifications:

  • Experiences: New Grads with Master’s Degree ~ 15 years of substantial in-field experience in R&D or presales, sales support from ICT industry
  • Education: Bachelor of engineering (IT, Telecom, Electronic Engineering, etc.)
  • Preferred Domain experience: Packet Core Knowledge (EPC, 5G Core) based on 3GPP Standard, Virtualization Knowledge related to Container / OpenStack
  • Excellent Korean and English communication skills
  • Experience from working in the field with customers
  • Business understanding & selling skills
