Ericsson Account Managers secure short and long-term profitable business through proactive business development, based on fundamental understanding of our customers’ business, operations and objectives. Our sales professionals actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions, develop both internal and external relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. This role will be focused on hunting and growing Core Network opportunities within the assigned accounts.
Our sales professionals:
- Maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
- Create sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
- Optimize the account teams' performance and enable a seamless transition to operations
Key success indicators:
- In-depth knowledge of Core Network, with exposure to the latest 5G technologies
- Demonstrated relationship sales expertise targeting decision-makers in the telecommunication industry
- Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
- Demonstrated customer and market insight, skill negotiating complex agreements
- Leadership experience
- Four year degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science or similar
- Innovative and creative
- Social ability and interpersonal skills
- Technical acumen and critical thinking
- Accountable and customer-focused, with a passion to win
- Tenacious and result-oriented
