Ready to take on the challenge of the decade?
We are now looking for a Project Manager, responsible for managing the IT Project which is part of the ERP Change-out program. The ERP Change-out Program will be one the largest program within Ericsson for the foreseeable future. As the IT Project Manager you need build relationships with key business stakeholders, leaders and colleagues within Group IT. You are expected to be self-lead and lead others, you need to dare to do the right things for the company, be prepared to jump into the unknown and dare to fail fast.
•Initially you will be required to shape and mobilize the project set up and resources for the IT Project, as part of the ERP Change-out program.
•Handle stakeholder engagement in close co-operation with the engagement lead and project sponsor
•Work close to Group IT and be responsible for leading and mobilizing the IT Core Team
•Accountable for the success of the overall IT Project delivery
•Experience from running large, complex, global and group wide/cross-functional programs
•Experience from implementing business critical solutions
•Experience from running SAFE/Agile projects with a proven track record
•Project management skills acquired through training, project management experience or other experience of using project management methods, including SAFE/Agile.
•Experiences related to project management methodologies, techniques and tools including SAFE/Agile.
•Professional competence related to the project type and the nature of the project outcome.
•Experience working with multi-national global decentralized organizations with the ability to establish good working climate in a virtual environment using phone, mail and collaboration tools as communication vehicles.
