As a global unit, within Solution Area Enterprise Systems, we are putting together a team to establish an API Transformation and Execution unit for Ericsson. In Ericsson context this will mean we will enable to put our enterprise data to use, in order to generate new business opportunities, improve customer or employee experiences. 

We are looking for an API Transformation Manager to join our new team. In this role, you will drive business requirements for API with business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and out IT partners/ suppliers through the development lifecycle. You play a key role like a business consultant in the API ecosystem to support our stakeholders to assess, prioritize and manage their demands within fast-moving environments

•Overall Governance Responsible to drive busiess requirements with all stakeholders
•Engage and co-ordinate with stakeholders from both business (Sales, Finance, Supply, Sourcing, etc.)  and IT (Product Manager, Architect, Operations Manager, Integration Architect, etc.) to - 
•Assess a business requirement if it is fit for API development
•Engage with business or other stakeholder to articulate business value of an API requirement, and accordingly prioritize it 
•Involve technical teams of application, API Enablement Center, Integration, API Development Factory to review, and agree on API pattern, development ownership, development plan
•Drive business or other API Demand Owner to create API publishing documents, artifacts
•Tigger API Enablement Center, Integration team and other teams (as required) to drive the process to publish an API on portal, including catalog, after development
•Conduct digital workshops to help define problem statements and value propositions
•Manage the team, consisting of talents from IT partner/ supplier and/or Ericsson, that will deliver activities, tracks as per requirement and within cost and timeline. 
•Participate in Functional Requirements Gathering from demand governance perspective
•Manage Architectures and solution frameworks as well as usage of modelling techniques 
•Plan, assess and secure appropriate talent skills required for the projects pipeline

Key Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s or Equivalent
•7-10 years of work experience within IT
•Hands on experience in Business Analyst or Business Consultant role or ERP Functional Consultant role
•Understanding of Design Thinking 
•IT Project Management experience
•Familiar with API development from business impact, consumer application perspective
•Basic understanding of SAP modules, Meta data, Master Data and Transactional data
•Understanding principles of agile software development and experience of working in DevOps teams
•Understanding of enterprise business processes e.g. PLM, CRM, ERP, SRM, FI, HR, SCM
•Experience in working with nearshore/offshore delivery team and with IT suppliers
•Self-starter and liking to solve problems
•Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
•Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
•Willingness to learn new skills, competencies and new areas
