The Role

We need a Content Coordinator to initially look after the SBS content aggregation service, but this role is expected to cover other customers with similar requirements as well.

 

Reporting directly to the Media Services Manager as the Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing distributors sending us content inbound, managing the content processing pipeline which includes transcode, human Quality Control and delivery to end point with metadata.

 

You will manage both customer communications day-to-day and the team of operators that will be processing the content through the workflow.

 

This is a pivotal role, and you would need to show operational leadership and judgment as you decide whether content should be rejected back to the distributor or whether it meets our customers’ specifications.

 

The Person

The ideal candidate would already have operator-level experience of working with content quality control and content transcode workflows.

 

Previous video and audio quality experience would be highly advantageous.

 

You will be a confident individual with the ability to cope well under pressure. You have a clear methodical way of thinking and will able to communicate effectively at all levels.

 

This is currently a Mon-Fri based role, this may change depending on future requirements with customers.
