Job Summary 
The Private Infrastructure Team is responsible for maintaining and supporting of CoLoaaS, Data Centre, Private off-prem Cloud services, Storage, Application Services, Platform Operation and Mainframe, ensuring a world class service is delivered for our internal customers. The Private Infrastructure IT environment consists of all technologies that create a great user experience for internal users, vendors and customers. As the ‘Face of Private Infrastructure’ for the business you and your team will be responsible for owning and managing this environment across all Ericsson to ensure our staff can operate at their best for our customers.
You will report to, and work closely with, the Head of Cloud Services and will develop strong relationships with colleagues in the wider Infrastructure team, other technical specialists and the operational teams across the business. You will lead a team of skilled staff and will assume responsibility for supporting the Private infrastructure, including the ongoing operation and life-cycle management. You will also provide direction for a team of shared technical resources in our Global Competence Centre. As such you will split your time between managing the team and performing a senior technical supervisor role.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career into leading a team while still maintaining a technical aspect.

We believe you have experience with microservices, Kubernetes, containers, modern app development, virtualized networking, cybersecurity and/or modern cloud operations. We believe you can think innovatively, collaborate, and find comfort in solving ambiguous problems. We also believe you are highly technical, with a track record of applying technology to solve business problems.
