We are looking for a Corporate Real Estate Professional to join the Americas Real Estate Leadership team as Director, Workplace Services - NALA (North America, Latin America). In this role you will ensure that workplace operations of Ericsson premises meet end-user needs as defined by Group, Hub and Region Leadership. You will work with local and regional stakeholders to align local REFM activities with regional and country strategies/operations/businesses You will align the regional or local strategies/operation/business and REFM activities within:
- Real Estate/Portfolio
- Construction projects
- Facilities Management Services
- Workplace Design
You will actively work with Ericsson partners, suppliers, customers, and internal organizations to secure the most productive and cost-efficient premises in the industry. Proactively interact with internal sponsors to drive REFM strategies. Execute on sustainability targets and proactively work to achieve its targets.
Lead a team of real estate professionals responsible for:
- Aligning workplace practices with business and Hub Americas/Global Group RE strategy
- Execute medium & smaller lease and capital projects
- Manage overall finance and cost control
- Coordinate and lead internal stakeholder management activities, providing a single point of contact support to in-region Level 1 and 2 leadership
- Ensure and perform workplace delivery in accordance with the corporate framework and local business needs
- Coordinate REFM activities/programs across North America in conjunction with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Project Management, and Performance Excellence teams
- Education: (Minimum BA in Real Estate or related field, MCR or SCLR designation a plus)
- Min years of experience (7 years of Real Estate leadership)
- Domain experience: Facilities Management

- Financial Analysis Skills
- Negotiation & Argumentation Skills
- Project Management Skills
- Facilities and property operations management experience for a large multi-national operation.
