Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a Corporate Real Estate Professional to join the Americas Real Estate Leadership team as Director, Workplace Services - NALA (North America, Latin America). In this role you will ensure that workplace operations of Ericsson premises meet end-user needs as defined by Group, Hub and Region Leadership. You will work with local and regional stakeholders to align local REFM activities with regional and country strategies/operations/businesses You will align the regional or local strategies/operation/business and REFM activities within:

 

  • Real Estate/Portfolio
  • Construction projects
  • Facilities Management Services
  • Workplace Design
  • Energy/Environment

 

You will actively work with Ericsson partners, suppliers, customers, and internal organizations to secure the most productive and cost-efficient premises in the industry. Proactively interact with internal sponsors to drive REFM strategies. Execute on sustainability targets and proactively work to achieve its targets.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lead a team of real estate professionals responsible for:

  • Aligning workplace practices with business and Hub Americas/Global Group RE strategy
  • Execute medium & smaller lease and capital projects
  • Manage overall finance and cost control
  • Coordinate and lead internal stakeholder management activities, providing a single point of contact support to in-region Level 1 and 2 leadership
  • Ensure and perform workplace delivery in accordance with the corporate framework and local business needs
  • Coordinate REFM activities/programs across North America in conjunction with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Project Management, and Performance Excellence teams

 

Key Qualifications:

 

  • Education: (Minimum BA in Real Estate or related field, MCR or SCLR designation a plus) 
  • Min years of experience (7 years of Real Estate leadership) 
  • Domain experience: Facilities Management
  • Change & Improvement Management Skills
  • Coaching & Mentoring
  • Financial Analysis Skills
  • Negotiation & Argumentation Skills
  • Project Management Skills

 

Additional Requirements:

 

  • Facilities and property operations management experience for a large multi-national operation.
