Resumo do trabalho:
Estamos buscando profissionais PCD da área de Comunicação para duas vagas na Ericsson de São Paulo, uma para a aposição de Especialista de Comunicação & Midias Sociais e outra para a posição de Analista de Comunicação e Midias Sociais SR. Estas posições tem como foco principal o direcionamento da ativação de marketing e comunicação para os principais stakeholders e influenciadores priorizados, com base em informações de mercado, clientes, stakeholders, influenciadores e canais. 
Outras atividades destes cargos são: iniciar, dirigir, executar e garantir comunicação consistente e proativa por meio de atividades e planos de comunicação integrados, construindo percepções desejadas para nossa marca, mostrando nossas capacidades de negócios e possibilitando vendas nas fases iniciais do ciclo de compras do cliente. Criar, empacotar e / ou encomendar mensagens e ativos direcionados. Medir, analisar e melhorar a ativação. Gerenciar comunicações de mudanças e crises. Entender o comportamento e as necessidades dos principais interessados e influenciadores. Iniciar, facilitar, gerenciar e manter relações com partes externas, como por exemplo imprensa e mídia, analistas, formadores de opinião, público em geral, investidores e outras partes externas interessadas.

Qualificações chave:

  • Educação: Diploma universitário em Comunicação e/ou Web Designer
  • Experiência como webdesigner, em produção / edição de vídeo, gerenciamento de mídias sociais, produção de conteúdo para comunicação interna
  • Nível de Inglês avançado
  • Boa comunicação, postura e relacionamento interpessoal são muito importantes
  • Entendimento comercial
  • Habilidades de inovação

Job Summary:
We are looking for Communication professionals for two job positions at Ericsson in São Paulo, one for the position of Communication and Social Media Specialist and the other for the position of SR Communication and Social Media Analyst. These positions are focused on direct marketing and communication activation to key stakeholders and prioritized influencers, based on market information, customers, stakeholders, influencers and channels.
Other activities are: initiating, directing, executing and ensuring consistent and proactive communication through integrated communication plans and activities, building desirable insights for our brand, showing business skills and enabling sales in the buying cycle phases of the customer. Create, package and / or order targeted messages and assets. Measure, analyze and improve activation. Manage change and crisis communications. Understand the behavior and needs of key stakeholders and influencers. Initiate, facilitate, manage and maintain relationships with external parties such as the press and media, analysts, opinion makers, the general public, investors and other external parties used.
