Job Summary:
Are you a young professional, early in your career, with excellent skills in analytical thinking, presenting and an interest in technology? 

We are looking for high-caliber person with strategic curiosity to assume the role as IPR Strategy Manager in the Strategy and Portfolio Management team.  

In this role you will drive, develop and implement the strategic direction of Ericsson’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) & Licensing activities. In this position, you will analyze and strategize around the most critical aspects of the creation and utilization Ericsson's patent portfolio. You will collaborate with stakeholders on different levels and will be a part of a high-performing team. In this role you will be given the chance to grow and learn over different areas in collaboration with your peers. 

In this role you will report to Head of IPR Strategy and Portfolio Management.

Key Qualifications:
•    Education: Master’s Degree in Business, Law or in Engineering (IT, EE, Telecommunications, Physics) or equivalent. 
•    Experience: 1-4 year of experience in business management, administration or equivalent.
•    Appropriate knowledge in general telecommunications technology is required
•    Demonstrated skillset in performing complex analysis and problem solving
•    Experience in leading complex strategy projects


Additional Requirements: 
To be successful in this role we believe that you have true grit and curiosity together with analytic and strategic mindset.
Furthermore, you have great communication skills and preferably previous experience in Project Management.
