Collaborating with business core team to anticipate business needs and initiative improvement plans within the manufacturing facilities.
Supporting Smart Manufacturing technical roadmap implementation processes (idea collection, experiments, proofs of concepts) to ensure the company leadership understands the potential and is prepared to develop forward-looking strategies to support the business strategy.
Continuously develop the competence to improve the quality and efficiency
for the project management work.
Follow up policies, procedures as well as Ericsson Standard in daily work.
1.Requirement of the job
•University degree in computer science or engineering.
•Excellent knowledge of project management
•Excellent knowledge of Smart Manufacturing
•Good knowledge and at least 1 yea experience in communication production manufacturing
•The knowledge on SW development is preferred, such as C, C++, C# and Python.
•Solid knowledge of Agile development and management, proven experiences on at least one Agile methodology.
•Proven experiences to manage a DevOps teams, familiar with DevOps technology.
•Solid knowledge of change management and code management, familiar with GIT, Jira and TFS.
•Fluent English reading, writing, and conversation
•Good team work and co-operation
•Good communication skills
•Good people skills, social ability
•Experience with global cooperation is a plus.
