Are you a young professional interested in creating the future of Ericsson?
We are now looking for a Junior Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relations in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. Through strategic thinking, business development and management of our resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson in close collaboration with our customers.


Who we are:
In MELA and our Customer Unit Northern and Central Europe (CU NCE) we are responsible for creating value for Ericsson’s customers in 17 countries in the Nordics, Baltics, and Central Europe. In our combined territory, there are more than 2000 Ericsson employees engaged on the mission to show the benefits of 5G, IoT and Cloud in the next wave of connectivity and digitalization.
In CU KAM Sweden we are an experienced team, working with a wide scope of customers such as Tele2, 3 Sweden, Volvo and parts of the Swedish MoD. 


Responsibilities:
Reporting to KAM Sweden in CU KAM Sweden, you will be working with the Account Managers on their accounts. Supporting with offer preparations as well as maintain strong relationships with the customers. Some of the key responsibilities will include: 
•    Maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
•    Create sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
•    Optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable seamless transition to operations


Key Qualifications:
•    Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar;
•    Preferably 2 - 4 years of experience from working in ICT industry or sales; 
o    Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding;
o    Knowledge of the Ericsson portfolio is a merit.
•    You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills.
•    You have strong interpersonal skills and is a good communicator. 
•    Language: You have full professional proficiency in English and professional working proficiency in Swedish.
