Junior Account Manager

 

Together with the Key Account Managers, you will be responsible to offer highly competitive solutions. We are looking for Junior Account Managers to develop as trusted partners to our customers. If you are in the beginning of your career journey, preferably 3-5 years of experience, and looking for working in a multinational organization with a clear development opportunity, this is for you. 

 

What we are looking for: 


The role is about selling our products and services portfolio to our main customers, telecom operators. This is a relationship management role, to be the contact point towards our customers and build trust-based partnerships. Our focus with this role will be Ericsson’s radio network portfolio. In the age of 5G, we are excited about providing offerings with our technology leadership. We see this role as a “learning” role, we commit to develop you in our portfolio and customer relationship methods for the first year, you will start with a Key Account Manager as a mentor and a leader and move your way up. 

 

What will make you successful: 

 

A technical background, radio network knowledge is a big advantage. Other ICT related experience is also an asset. Hunger to learn new things and curiosity are must, the first year will be a heavy development year. Fundamental understanding of technical aspects will be helpful learning Ericsson portfolio. Customer relationship management, business understanding, and consultative skills will be of great use. We will develop you in those areas, a fundamental understanding of those concepts is needed. Collaboration. In this role you will have many stakeholders and a lot of colleagues to work with, deliver projects together. A collaborative soul has always found success within Ericsson.
