Our Opportunity:

As a Packet Core Solution Integrator (SI), you will be responsible for the implementation, integration and testing of EPC (Evolved Packet Core) projects in internal and external environments. As an Integration Engineer you will be responsible to ensure that the deliveries of solutions to customers are made in a professional way. The Solution Integrator will interface with PDUs and other domain technical experts during the project execution. This is a highly visible and pro-active role requiring strong inter-personal skills. It will demand constant interaction with Account Teams, Solution Architects and the end customer.

 

You will be hosted at a customer location. As a SI for a major customer, you will be focal to a number of customer network transformation activities. You will test and deliver solutions that improve the customer network in terms of capacity, functionality, end-user services, etc. The Solution Integrator will work across the Evolved Packet Core portfolio with focus on MME leading into 5G Core.

 

 

You have:

  • Have good experience in delivering end to end Solutions within Packet Core Domain
  • Good Technical competence in Packet Core nodes (i.e. MME, EPG)
  • Have good understanding of OpenStack, Networking and Virtualization
  • Virtualization Technologies (i.e. KVM, SR-IOV, DPDK, Kubernetes)
  • Understand Network function virtualization architecture and integration points.
  • Have experience in Linux OS installation, administration and scripting.
  • You have an innovative and creative spirit, and are willing to take risks
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Ability to travel.
  • Strategic mind, with ability to span into tactical as needed.

 

You might also have:

  • 2+ years of experience in technology leadership
  • Support deployment of solution and work in a DevOps environment
  • Experience in creating test automations
  • Have a good IP networking knowledge across IGPs, EGP - BGP, Security, IP/MPLS, NATing, VPN, etc. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • BS degree from an accredited university
