Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Hard Ware Make Support to develop, implement and maintain cost efficient, ergonomic and safe production, claims and repair processes, equipment and tools according to production rules. 

 

Experience: 2-3 years

Competence requirements:

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Documentation and organization skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly Analytical approach to solving problems.
  • Experience and knowledge about manufacturing/warehousing processes.
  • Knowledge about systems and tools from production and engineering environment
  • Knowledge about plant layout and industrial engineering
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge and working experience in cycle time studies, calculation of throughput, line efficiency

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing processes, specifications, and related information.
  • Act as superuser in SAP for processes like production planning, warehouse management system, material management etc.
  • Designing processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
  • Designing control systems to minimize costs and production/warehousing issues.
  • Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
  • Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
  • Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
  • Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
