Job summary:

The group Digital Workspace within IT is delivering an end-to-end IT environment for the entire workforce of Ericsson. We are responsible for the services closest to the user like the laptops, phones, networks, Office clients etc. Our team is responsible for delivering a state-of-the-art collaboration and document management environment impacting the everyday work life for more than 100 000 users.

We are now looking for an integrations specialist/architect to join our team. As an architect, you will be contributing to creating design patterns, building our integration structure and create strategy for the integrations needed for document and digital asset management platforms.

We provide a broad range of cloud-based products and technologies such as OpenText Documentum, DocuSign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Brand House etc.  

To be successful in this role you need to be experienced in designing and building integrations, as well as guiding development and integrations teams. You should have experience in modern web technologies, APIs and in IT security principles and standards. You need great communication skills and be good at building strong relationships on all levels.

You will be part of a team of strategic and technical product managers and delivery managers and you will report to the Head of Information & Document Management, Emma Ruuth.
 

Key responsibilities

  • Create integration design patterns and principles and work closely with solution architects
  • Guide development and integration teams
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to understand business process/functions/capabilities
  • Drive compliance of security and architecture requirements

  • Proven experience in building and running integrations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to convert strategy to action and delivering results
  • Great passion for working together and solving complex problems in group.
  • Strong stakeholder and end user orientation
     

Qualifications & experience requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, IT or similar
  • 6 years+ IT integrations experience
