Job Summary:

As a Millimeter Radio Designer you will develop micro-/millimeterwave solutions for 5G millimeter wave radio access and MINI-LINK radio.

We work in small teams that strive for end-to-end product development inspired by lean & agile mindset and methodology. You will work together with very skilled microwave designers and often in co-operation with other teams in the product development unit, Ericsson Research, sourcing and supply.

Your main focus will be on micro-/millimeterwave design (5-150 GHz) and integration of core functional blocks (RF, IF, Filters, Mechanics, Software etc) in our products.

There will be opportunities to collaborate with our selected suppliers of components.


Responsibilities and Opportunities

  • Perform Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling
  • Develop and Test High Quality Products
  • Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
  • Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes

Competences and Qualifications

  • High frequency electromagnetic modelling and simulation (3D)
  • Microwave design (5-150 GHz)
  • Electronic board design
  • Microwave instrument knowledge, measurement technique and test system development
  • Design tools such as Cadence, Keysight ADS, Momentum, HFSS
  • Should like to Work with other People

  • Should have Good Communication Skills
  • Should have Lean & Agile Knowledge
