Ericsson Hungary is now looking for an Operational Product Owner.

Packet Core is one of the main business areas of Ericsson that provides IP packet routing services in the mobile networks. Smart Services Router (SSR) is key product of Packer Core infrastructure. SSR is responsible for edge routing, Ethernet aggregation, subscriber management and this router is used as platform for different services.

Our organization participate in development of Evolved Packet Gateway run on SSR as real HW and on virtual machines (vEPG). We are responsible for Platform as a Service part, and additionally we have the full responsibility of SSR and Nighthawk HW maintenance.

As an Operational Product Owner, you will be responsible for development, maintenance verification and deliveries in two assigned teams, and in the same time teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture, support your teams as OPO and work together with Scrum Masters and line managers in daily product development tasks. Are you in?

 

Desired experience:

  • Min 5 years of experience in software development or verification
  • BSc or higher-level degree
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Coaching & mentoring skills
  • Great negotiation skill
  • Customer oriented approach

 

It is an advantage if you have domain experience in Packet Core, 5G or IP routing
