The role is to ensure consistent project establishment through the application of industrialized set-up practices & adherence to the set-up model by CPMs. This is achieved through active engagement during the pre-sales process & providing direct coaching & mentoring support to the CPM during the establishment phase. Provide input to the SDP3-TG3 handover process & secure best practice implementation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years Ericsson Project Management experience, preferably with exposure to international & multi-domain projects
- Ericsson certification as Senior CPM (ESPM) in any specialization (PMP/PRINCE2/AIPM certification is required if not Ericsson-certified)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (IT or electrical), Business / Finance or an associated discipline, or equivalent professional experience
