Position Purpose

 

This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

 

 

Main accountabilities - you will:

 

 

  • Ensure daily operations activities on our customers networks
  • Ensure network stability and performance
  • Ensure preventive health check
  • Ensure traffic and KPI analysis
  • Ensure incident handling including Hot and critical issues
  • Perform RCA of Emergencies that occur at customers
  • Ensure interface with Ericsson Support organization
  • Project support during implementation
  • 24/7 on-call support (once a month)
  • Scripting for internal needs

 

Technical Skills

         You are/you have:

 

  • Ability to independently deal with complicated technical issues and problems
  • Experience in a customer support environment
  • Experience working with Unix / Linux
  • Database knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, Postgres
  • Experience, with troubleshooting skills on Provisioning Systems
  • Experience with Web service, SoapUI, SOAP, XML over HTTP
  • Able to write technical procedures

 

Personal Skills - you are/you have:

  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders and provide technical solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure related to scale of business impact;
  • Ability to provide rapid root-cause analysis for various customer IP related issues;
  • Ability to work under pressure related to scale of business impact
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills;
  • Presentation & Communication Skills;
  • Negotiation & Argumentation skills
