Designation: SAP Digital Solutions Manager

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive requirements, teams and projects in SAP Digital Solutions and Automations, including, but not limited to, Mobile, Robotics Process Automation, Test Automation, Cognitive Automation, Machine Learning.
  • Manage full-cycle of SAP Digital projects for from planning and conception to requirements to testing, implementation and Go-Live/Support Phase
  • Oversee and manage the IT supplier teams and/or Ericsson teams, including the offshore team members, who forms the primary delivery team working for projects.
  • Define implementation strategy, methodology/templates and scope and aligns with the business and other IT stakeholder on this.
  • Understanding business processes and system architecture in projects and support business project team in the design of business processes.
  • Manage project issues/risks and stakeholder expectations. Pro-actively secure that projects progress as planned – solve any resources, budget or technical constraints
  • Manage scope and change requests for SAP Digital projects.
  • Ensure transparent status reporting from supplier and to our stakeholders.
  • Plan and secure appropriate resource skills required for the projects
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement by interfacing with people, teams across IT and Business
     

Skills & Expertise Required:

  • Experience in SAP Applications as Technical Expert/ Functional Expert/ Project Manager/ Technology Consultant/ Functional Consultant
  • Should have hands-on project experience in few digital areas, like Mobile, Robotics Automation, Test Automation, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Chatbot etc.
  • Should be conversant in design-led, user experience (UX) led development in SAP space.
  • Expertise in designing technical guides, architecture designs for SAP Digital and Automation Projects.
  • Implementation and support experience in various type of SAP Technical projects including Basis projects and/or Functional projects.
  • Expertise in SAP Technology stack including SAP NetWeaver and SAP Basis Platforms.
  • Understanding of SAP Business suite products and applications, like SAP ERP, SCM, SRM, CRM etc.
  • Basic functional knowledge in areas like Finance, Supply, Sourcing, HR area, etc.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 10+ years of work experience within SAP domain and Projects
  • 3+ years of project/ work experience on digital technologies
  • Technology Certifications in SAP Technology or Digital Skills area.
  • Process Certifications in Project Management, ITIL, Agile, DevOps etc.
  • Familiar with ASAP project methodology (or comparable methodologies for SAP projects)
  • Exposure with Agile and DevOps in SAP projects.
  • Experience in working with nearshore/offshore delivery and with partners
  • Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
