Its content discovery portfolio spans more than 10 million movies and program titles, covering over 25 languages, and includes an image database covering over 90 percent of all programming available across traditional TV, video on demand (VOD) and subscription video on demand (SVOD). It provides over 230,000 hours of captioning each year – more than 100,000 hours of which is live.
We are now looking for an Access Services Technical Operator. In this role, you will make content accessible to audiences with sensory disabilities on behalf of customers (for example deaf or hard of hearing, blind or partially sighted) or to speakers of other languages. You will also ensure that the Access Services files and streams convey messages in line with the relevant editorial and regulatory policies. You execute and operate workflow tools and systems for the preparation and delivery of access services.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a personable and outgoing individual who has previous experience in a similar role. This position can be challenging at times so you will be patient and cope well under pressure.
It would be highly advantageous if you can use BSL (British Sign Language) or are multi-lingual. You must have excellent communication skills for this position and be a good multitasker.
