Department Overview:

Procurement Services is a unit within GFFI FCBS Purchase to Pay. The mission is to build on the Group Function mandate to deliver procurement services and support globally, at the highest quality and lowest cost, contributing to supporting and controlling the lowest spend possible. Procurement Services secures a seamless and smooth centralized procurement flow with a positive impact on the overall Purchase to Pay across Ericsson.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the role is to proactively and reactively support and manage all invoice mismatch queries for XRM related Purchase Orders.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Responsible to review and analyze requirement provided by Accounts Payable related to the PO invoice.

The position implies identifying the issue causing the mismatch, working with various systems such as XRM, SAP CATS, SAP ONE.

XRM Procurement Specialist reaches out to stakeholders to clarify the resolution needed. Stakeholders include External Workforce Management, Line Managers, HR support.

Overall responsibilities are mainly referring the below:

  1. Extensive professional experience in transactional (operational) procurement role.
  2. Demonstrated Leadership skills in Team and End User and Stakeholder Management is necessary, as well as the ability to deliver and receive feedback
  3. Ability to analyze operational data, to identify and implement actions as an outcome.
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Bachelor’s degree.
