Are you a senior Radio Access Network (RAN) Account Manager looking for an opportunity to join an award winning, global high performing team?  We are looking for an experienced Melbourne based senior sales team member.

 

In this role, you will be required to build relationships of trust and confidence with one of Ericsson’s key customers to identify, develop & win sales opportunities for Ericsson and create value for our customer. The role requires a high level of engagement, influence and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.  You will be required to be an active team member within an extended account, solutions and operational team.

 

You will be skilled in managing and mobilising internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end complex solutions across the RAN portfolio. A senior sales professional in this space, you have high level account planning skills and strong business acumen underpinned by a drive to deeply engage and understand customers business operations, challenges and opportunities. You will be able to demonstrate a growth mindset and success in developing and maintaining long-term relationships whilst building new customer relationships within a challenging, dynamic industry context.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize customer relationships and loyalty
  • Create and build on sales opportunities that will generate profitability
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers’ needs and objectives
  • Domain experience across RAN and related RAN services
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
  • The role also includes optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable seamless transition to operations

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Business, Master of Science or similar
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Min 10 years of experience of relationship sales and/or proven work experience in dealing with customers
  • Strong RAN infrastructure domain experience
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
  • You will need to have customer and market insight as well as strong negotiation skills 
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
