PDU PC PDG SOLUTION SERVICES supports Regional customer engagements & deliveries with focus on new solutions. The team supports all Ericsson Regions by delivering strategic competence to maximize customer value in selected engagements. PDU PC PDG SOLUTION SERVICES has an important role in building up competence in regions and in the SDU. Role includes also the support of new product and services introductions.


Job Description

PDU PC PDG SOLUTION SERVICES team is now looking for Integration Engineers. The Integration Engineers are responsible for the implementation of the Ericsson solution in integration projects. 

The role will involve international travel with assignments lasting from 1 day to 3+ months depending of business needs.

This is a pro-active role requiring good inter-personal skills. It will demand interaction with Account Teams and the end customer. Hence, it also demands good networking capabilities.


Responsibilities and Qualifications include:


  • Identify the impacts and risks as a result of the solution introduction, and recommendations on solution evolution
  • Provide leadership for integration teams including SDU members
  • Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor the other team members
  • Identify add on sales opportunities via a close cooperation with the customer in the delivery projects
  • Interact with customer, 3rd Party suppliers, and other Service Delivery organizations
  • Have good experience in delivering end to end Solutions within Packet Core Domain
  • High Technical competence in Packet Core nodes (i.e. MME, EPG, SAPC, WMG..)
  • Have strong understanding of OpenStack, Networking and Virtualization
  • Virtualization Technologies (i.e. KVM, SR-IOV, DPDK, vmWare, Kubernetes)
  • Understand Network function virtualization architecture and integration points.
  • Have extensive experience in Linux OS installation, administration and scripting.
  • You have an innovative and creative spirit, and are willing to take risks
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines



Positions will be based in Lindholmen, Sweden.
