Position Summary

4G5G RAN Test Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality, securing test method, test coverage and test environment to fulfill all the assigned test activities within approved cost, time, and quality frame.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Analyze test method, scope for of the feature and product during study phase, communicated to the impacted areas.
  • Identify the tools impact or risks for new feature and product and follow up the implementation.
  • Insure the detail test scope is performed during execution phase to ensure the best test coverage.
  • Define the test strategy and new test method to ensure the efficient test.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • English Skills

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems, especially LTE system
  • Good competence on different test area and tools.
  • Multi Standard competence is preferred
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Business and management awareness
  • Well organized and have structure thinking
  • Initiative and positive personality
