Job Title: Business Process Manager - Smart Manufacturing
We are now looking for a Business Process Manager to lead our digitalization journey in manufacturing domain. More specifically, you will support shaping Smart Manufacturing in our volume factories worldwide. As Business Process Manager, you will work in close collaboration with our volume factories in order to translate the Smart Manufacturing vision and operational needs into process, system- and IT requirements.
You will be part of the Supply Strategy - Manufacturing and Products section, which is responsible for processes, production systems and tools for the production domain. The section consists of Business Process Managers located in Sweden (Kista), Estonia (Tallinn) and China (Nanjing). Our role is to drive improvement of our manufacturing capabilities to support best-in-class manufacturing operations worldwide.
As Business Process Manager for Smart Manufacturing, following is expected from you:
• Collect and manage IoT opportunities or user stories in collaboration with our factories.
• Align business requirements and translate business need into system and IT requirements
• Support development and implementation of IoT solutions for smart manufacturing
• Drive the development of system architecture and logic for Smart Manufacturing with other domain experts
• Drive requirements on Industry 4.0 infrastructure (Cloud, Network, Automation etc)
• Collaborate with external vendors regarding Smart Factory / Industry 4.0
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• University degree Master of Science (MSc) in a technical discipline (electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering etc.)
• Experience from IoT domain and SW development. Deep understanding how IoT applications, Microservices, Cloud and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) comes together
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing system domain; with good business and system understanding. Preferably, knowledge about the interplay between Robotics, Manufacturing Execution System
• Excellent communication skills, both towards engineers and higher management
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience from SW development and IT projects
• Up to 20% travel time
