Responsibilities

Be responsible for whole manufacturing process on Filter, Radio & Node.

Design lean production process and build up operation standards to ensure building in quality.

Continuously apply new assembly technology and process into production to have a flexible and lean manufacturing environment.

Support PDU for mechanical related design, verification and RCA from production point of view to improve the produce ability of new products.

Support product PLCM management towards PDU, ESS and EMS with high quality.

Tools & fixture design, automation programming for screwing/ Tim putty/cut machine/pre-tuning

 

Main Tasks

Monitor, drive or coach the related responsibilities and tasks specified in

Operational Description of Engineering in terms of:

  • NPI/TPI responsible from Engineering in Final Assembly area
  • Process development for Final Assembly
  • Feedback on mechanical design to PDU
  • DWI
  • Technical capacity
  • Line balance including flow simulation
  • ESS/EMS & Hub support
  • Tools/fixture design, screwing/ Tim putty/cut machine/pre-tuning automation programming

 

Manage human resource and competence development according to business requirements.

Achieve excellence in daily operation-activities, that efficiently leading Manufacturing Engineering towards vital goals and objectives.

Be an active participant in relevant improvement programs, support and encourage continuous improvements.

Drive establishment of goals and objectives in Manufacturing Engineering Section. Implement for measurements and follow up for relevant KPIs. Ensure

the achievement of goals and objectives.

Actively establish relevant processes needed for business execution and production and optimize current existing processes to achieve manufacturing excellence.

Manage processes that are owned by Manufacturing Engineering.

Ensure process engineering support to PLCM from PIM RBS NJ towards ESS and EMS.

Create a coherent organizational culture to motivate Manufacturing Engineers.

 

Requirements of the Job

University diploma or above in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automation engineering or related majors.

Good knowledge of Ericsson Group, its products and processes.

Considerable experience and proven track records in Engineering, logistic or projects in Telecom or Electronics industry.

Deep understanding of advanced manufacturing technology and process.

Comprehensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six-Sigma preferred.

Be able to play a leading role in a team, showing characters of leadership, creativeness, and persuading ability.

Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
