Job Summary:

We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the Network Roll-out area.  The Implementation manager will also plan and monitor service and material needs to secure an efficient implementation of Site, Fiber Route etc. In this role, you will ensure work is executed within the project agreements and conditions.

 

Scope of work:

  1. You will organize and coordinate rollouts
  2. You will support presale activities within Network Rollout expertise
  3. Drive innovation and automatization tools implementation within Network Rollout
  4. Lead implementation processes, coordinate functional team
  5. Evaluate best practices, trends in global market for local implementation in network rollout projects
  6. Handle work orders and compensation
  7. Plan and follow up of quality assurances

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Academic degree in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
  • 3-5 years of experience in Network Rollout Management
  • Knowledge of legal aspects in Network Rollout
  • You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Coping with pressures and setbacks
  • Delivering results and meet customer expectations
  • Planning and organizational skills for large projects
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management tools implementation would be an advantage
  • Native Russian, intermediate English
