We are looking for a passionate change leader who wants to join our Rotation and Mentoring Program (RAMP) and make our amazing company even better through the orchestration of culture, process, and technology.

 

You will:

  • Advise senior leaders on options for business-critical improvements and investments
  • Use data to assess, prioritize, and lead our largest change and transformation projects in the North American market
  • Assess business flow challenges and roadblocks, not only recommending a strategy but leading the change execution
  • Work with diverse professionals across all organizations in the company including Networks, Digital Services, People, Sourcing, Finance and more

 

You have:

  • A passion for embracing, leading and driving positive change
  • Ability to understand granular components of problems, while keeping a holistic approach to solutions
  • Aptitude to formulate improvement strategies and effectively communicate
  • A degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, or similar learning experiences

 

You might also have:

  • Knowledge in programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL or related
  • Certification in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Design Thinking or related experience
  • Master’s degree in an engineering or business discipline
  • Experience with automation and programming languages
  • Experience with statistical analysis or pattern recognition software
