We are looking for an experienced local Contract Manager for Customer Unit Singapore Philippines and Brunei. The position is based in Singapore. The main responsibilities and tasks for Contract Manager are as listed below.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Drive the creation of the commercial and contracting strategy
- Ensure conversion of the commercial and contracting strategy into the proposal
- Drive the drafting, negotiation and finalization of customer contract
- Ensure Contract Sign off and Handover
- Develop & drive the planning and execution of Contract Governance Preparation & its Execution through adherence to Sales Directives and Sales Instruction and obtaining requisite approvals
- Ensure Contract Completion Verification
- Drive Contract Finalization & closure
- Drive Contract management excellence
Risk Management across the contractual lifecycle.
- Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking
- Creative & Analytical Skills
- Change Management Skills
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Experienced Contract Manager in Telecommunications and IT industry,
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and managing contracts with Systems Integration
