Strategic Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Business Partner

Job Summary:


We are now looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Business Partner to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive position by maximizing supplier value, proactively managing business risks and contributing to the creation of value for the Customer. 

The job role will be dual role including both SSM and SBP tasks. As SSM you will be accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services: 1) to be delivered to Customers as part of or as an Ericsson product or service and 2) for internal use within Ericsson.

The SSM and/or the Supplier Relationship Manager are responsible for all commercial relationship with suppliers.

As SBP you are responsible for being on top of our business, sales funnel and delivery and supporting and engaging with our Stakeholder in the best way. You are also expected to be able to handle customer relationship and be able to articulate the value of Ericsson world leading strategic sourcing function



·       You will lead, prepare & execute the RFx process

·       You will evaluate and select suppliers

·       You will conduct supplier negotiation

·       You will ensure supplier agreement implementation

·       You will contribute to the long-term business

·       Lead the Sourcing work in engaging with our stakeholders

·       Be on top of our business and understand our end customers



Key Qualifications:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in relative domains 

·       Domain experience: Strategic Sourcing/Procurement

·       Account Management or Sales Experience

·       Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge

·       Knowledge of Network Domain or Managed Services

·       Change & Improvement Management Skills

·       Commercial Acumen & Skills

·       Financial Acumen & Skills

·       Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge

·       Leadership skills

·       Consultative skills

·       Excellent communication skills and able to articulate the Sourcing value with internal and external stakeholders
