In MELA and our Customer Unit Northern and Central Europe we are responsible for creating value for Ericsson’s customers in 17 countries in the Nordics, Baltics, and Central Europe. In our combined territory, there are more than 2000 Ericsson employees engaged on the mission to show the benefits of 5G, IoT and Cloud in the next wave of connectivity and digitalization.

 

As a Strategy Management resource, you will drive group and unit strategies, portfolio management, capital and resource allocation. You will run new business development & innovation, partnering activities, M&A projects, competitive intelligence and foresight in conjunction with external customers, partners and industry stakeholders.

 


Responsibilities:

As Strategic Customer Engagement have a divided role between Global Customer Unit (GCU) Telia Company and Customer Unit (CU) North & Central Europe. You will report to the Head of GCU Telia Company and Head of CU Northern and Central Europe. You will be a part of a diverse and high-performing team with strong believes in relationships to our customer. In this context you will lead the strategical programs towards Telia Company in Stockholm, engage with our customers and meet their preferences with the help of Industry 4.0 engagement. For this role traveling is required, mostly domestic, a few times per month.
 

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • Perform strategic analysis;
  • Manage strategic partnerships and alliances;
  • Manage portfolios;
  • Drive new business development and innovation;

 

Key Qualifications:

We are looking for a structured and flexible person that easily can understand our customers’ needs to create the best collaboration. To be successful in this role we believe that you have the following qualifications:

  • Education: MBA or similar set of theoretical skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT industry
  • 5 year’s managerial (line or significant project) experience
  • Relevant industry and products knowledge within telecommunications
  • Relevant business and customer understanding
  • Relevant organizational understanding and managerial network
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
    • Preferably you also have good skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
