2nd Level Operations Job stage 5
We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
You will help with Assurance support activities
- Incident management
- You will assist with Problem management
- System administration
- And you will work with Billing operations
- Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
- 3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.
- ISEB/ISTQB software testing qualifications would be an advantage

End to End Implementation of BMC ADDM on ESX servers.
Performing Requirement Gathering, Planning and creating architecture of discovery solution.
Discovering multiple nodes of infrastructure like Windows/Unix/Network Devices/Storage/Database
Troubleshooting and resolving multiple discovery issues across Windows/Unix servers
Writing custom pattern using TPL language and discovering custom attributes.
Syncing custom attribute to custom attribute in CMDB
At a time managing over 49000 end points till date
Creating Collaborative Application Modelling for Business Services
Creating SAAM models
Configuring schedule jobs, credentials, windows proxies, model settings as per the best practice
Upgrading ADDM over 5 times at different customer environments
Creating Custom reports using XML in ADDM
Working with Consolidated and clustered environment as well in ADDM
Worked on ADDM-CMDB Synchronization
Adding external disk and move data to new disk in ADDM
Creating backup plan and implanting it as per best practice.
Creating documentation for ADDM.
Delivering Corporate training for BMC ADDM
BMC Client Management:
Installation of all BMC Client Management components
Configuration as per gathered requirement
Package Deployment (msi packaging, custom packaging)
Patches or hotfixes and troubleshooting of issues.
Application Monitoring, Prohibition, Protection
Operating System Deployment
Financial Asset Management
Documentation, Knowledge transfer and Training sessions
