Purpose of Job Role

Perform license activations to generate key files and functional specifications.

Supply SW and HW activation codes, including all deliverables (e.g. licenses and keys) upon internal and external requests.

Give support and guidance in the License Handling Area; including collaboration with stakeholders, acting as an advisor and working with improvements in the License Handling area. The role includes working on schedules including on-call and/or emergency support.

 

Potential Job Role Performance Metrics

Lead time, Delivery precision, Data quality, Volume of Support requests, license handling cost metrics and Customer satisfaction.
