We are now looking for a Project Manager, to lead assigned automation deployment projects securing that project goals are met, internal & external customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that all stakeholder’s relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the deployment
- You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
- Handle stakeholders and partner engagement: manage communication and relationship, building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and all stakeholders events
- Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
- Develop the business: participate toward regional MOAI preparation and meeting
- Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
- Manage and control the project budget, cost and invoicing
- Manage the cooperation/relationship with project stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings, technical meeting and Tollgate assessment meetings.
- Write and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Contribute to process establishment and optimization
- Follow up policies, procedures as well as Ericsson Standard in daily work
- University degree in automation, informatics, Computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or any other related major
- Min 10 years of experience: with at least 3 years experiences as Project Manager
- Good knowledge on automation system, SW development environment such as C, C++, C# and Python
