Our BI Business team is looking for a new team member: Project Manager for 5G RAN Compute projects.

 

You as Project Manager will:

 

drive effectively New Product Industrialization (NPI) and Transfer Projects (TPI): ensure project milestones and scorecard achievement (quality, cost, time, deliveries, communication flows)
with the project team play an important role in product industrialization and production in Ericsson Supply Sites, Supply HUBS and EMS factories, integrating all needed functions in projects to ensure milestones and deliverables             
act as the leader and inspiration of the team members to enable highly motivated, always delivering the outmost, ensuring highly performing project teams
 
 

To succeed in this role you should have:

higher education in field of engineering, SCM or business administration
fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
a desire to make work fun and enjoyable
full drive and a collaborative mindset “You don’t win unless the team wins”
you are an excellent storyteller based on facts, in oral and written presentations, proposals, specifications, and reports
holistic view of the business and the detailed view of the product and project
an entrepreneur-like mindset, constantly innovating and driving positive change but more importantly, you consistently deliver outstanding results
