Our opportunity:

As an executive advisor, reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for interfacing with Ericsson North America executives to collect facts/data and generate documentation in support of key deliverables to the SVP Market Area Head.

Your job is to simplify and structure complex problems, capture facts and data to support your analysis, and drive key issues to resolution – enhancing overall effectiveness of the executive leadership team and ensuring success of Ericsson North America.

 

You will:

  • Work with Chief of Staff to construct a structure (storyline) for key strategic projects and deliverables – including MA Head deliverables, special projects, etc.
  • Coordinate with different line organizations to extract data, facts and proof points; analyze them; and lead production of documents to deliver on key projects and deliverables
  • Review and offer support to line organizations in North America as they present to the MA Head to advance overall management effectiveness

 

 

Your attributes:

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to take something complex, break it down and create data visualizations that convey a full data story to an executive audience. Adopts new tools and techniques as needed.
  • Self-driven professional comfortable with ambiguity, and with ability to independently manage cross-functional activities with minimal supervision
  • Strong relationship, collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence

 

 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field
  • Strong background (minimum 4 years of experience) in consulting, strategy and/or data visualization field
  • At least 2 years of experience interfacing with executive leaders
  • Proven experience managing activities across multiple professional functions
