Resumo do Trabalho:

 

Estamos com uma vaga aberta para PCD para a Operação Logística do SAR-BRASIL na função de Almoxarife JR (Storeroom Junior) para fazer o manuseio, a movimentação, embalagem e a logística dos materiais dentro do armazém em São José dos Campos assim como a entrada dos materiais que vem dos Clientes e a expedição dos mesmos após processo de reparo na área de serviços de Hardware Service.

A função abrange as responsabilidades de movimentação e gestão diária de materiais, desembalagem e embalagem de materiais para alocação e expedição, assim como o lançamento Sistêmico dos movimentos tanto no Sistema SAP como no M5. Será responsável pela acuracidade dos estoques de sobressalentes e peças de Hardware Service, coletas e alocação de materiais dentro do armazém, assim como acompanhamento do processo de transporte e roteirização de cargas junto com as transportadoras.

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Logística e Movimentação diária de materiais dentro do armazém de HWS buscando o cumprimento dos SLA’s e prazos definidos nos contratos com os Clientes
  • Contato diário com os CAR’s que cuidam dos principais Clientes Externos da Ericsson como a Embratel, Claro, VIVO, TIM, e outros
  • Embalagem e expedição física e sistêmica diária de materiais para os Clientes e Fornecedores de reparo de peças
  • Recebimento físico e Sistêmico, desembalagem e alocação dos materiais “faulty” que chegam dos clientes ao armazém 
  • Inventario e acuracidade dos estoques
  • Gestão e implementação de melhorias no Processo de Logística interna e movimentação de materiais para redução dos Lead Times e aumento da produtividade
  • Acompanhamento do processo de transporte e roteirização de cargas junto com as transportadoras

 

Qualificações Fundamentais:

  • O/A candidato(a) deve ser PCD
  • Segundo grau completo
  • Experiência com logística de armazéns e movimentação de materiais
  • Perfil de trabalho em equipe, conciliador e “hands on”
  • Bom negociador em situações de conflito
  • Pensamento “Lean” com busca constante na melhoria continua e automação dos processos (pensamento fora da caixa)
  • Bons conhecimentos em processos de armazenagens e uso de coletores para movimentação sistêmica
  • Perfil focado em resultados movimentando materiais e fazendo o acompanhamento constante dos prazos e SLA’s acordados em contrato com os Clientes
  • Conhecimentos em Logística de armazenagem, de transporte e Supply Chain
  • Excel básico (construção de Tabelas e Gráficos)

 

Requisitos adicionais:

  • Conhecer ou ter trabalhado em armazém de produtos Eletrônicos ou Auto peças
  • Responsável pela execução das ordens para novas entregas, devolução e distribuição fazendo o acompanhamento de todas as fases dos RMA’s nos 4 fluxos logísticos do SAR-BRASIL (recebimento de peças do Cliente, envio para reparo, recebimento de peças reparadas e de reabastecimento para recompor os estoques e envio das mesmas até o Cliente após reparo ou troca em garantia).

 

 

Work Summary:

 

We have an open position for PCD for SAR-BRASIL Logistics Operation as Storeroom Junior to handle, move, pack and logistics the materials inside the warehouse in São José dos Campos as well as incoming materials. Customers and their dispatch after repair process in the area of ​​Hardware Service.

The role covers the responsibilities for moving and managing materials daily, unpacking and packing materials for allocation and dispatch, as well as the Systemic posting of movements in both the SAP System and M5. It will be responsible for the accuracy of spare parts and hardware service inventory, collection and allocation of materials within the warehouse, as well as monitoring the transportation process and routing of cargo with the carriers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Logistics and daily movement of materials within the HWS warehouse seeking compliance with SLAs and deadlines defined in contracts with customers.
  • Daily contact with CARs that take care of Ericsson's main External Clients such as Embratel, Claro, VIVO, TIM, and others.
  • Daily physical and systemic packing and shipping of materials to Customers and Parts Repair Suppliers
  • Physical and systemic receipt, unpacking and allocation of faulty materials arriving from customers to the warehouse
  • Inventory and accuracy of stocks
  • Management and implementation of improvements in the internal logistics process and material handling to reduce lead times and increase productivity.
  • Monitoring of the process of transportation and routing of cargo along with the carriers.

 

Fundamental Qualifications:

  • Applicant must be PCD
  • Second degree completed
  • Experience with warehouse logistics and material handling
  • Teamwork profile, conciliator and hands on
  • Good negotiator in conflict situations
  • “Lean” thinking with constant search for continuous improvement and process automation (out of the box thinking)
  • Good knowledge in storage processes and use of collectors for systemic movement.
  • Results-focused profile by moving materials and constantly monitoring deadlines and SLAs agreed with Customers
  • Warehouse, Transportation and Supply Chain Logistics Knowledge
  • Basic Excel (building Tables and Graphs)

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Know or have worked in electronics or auto parts warehouse
  • Responsible for executing orders for new deliveries, returns and distribution, monitoring all phases of the RMA's in the 4 logistics flows of SAR-BRAZIL (receiving parts from Customer, sending for repair, receiving parts repaired and replenishing to recompose). stocks and shipping to Customer after warranty repair or exchange).
