We are looking for a Support Services Advisor with Italian language skills to provide dedicated first line support to customers who include internal end users, Ericsson suppliers and Ericsson customers for the services delivered by the Shared Services AND global units. This requires receiving and registering inquiries, solving them or referring to the relevant secondary support team. The result is resolved inquiries allowing freed-up time and thereby higher productivity for the customer.
Main accountabilities - you will:
- Handle inquiries
- Manage inquiries
- Execute in processes, services and scope
- Monitor and analyze team’s performance
- Provide support or perform tasks in projects
- Initiate improvement activities
- Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience
- Languages: English (advanced) and Italian (medium to advanced)
